Fr. Thomas A. Judge, C.M. is the founder of the Missionary Servants of the Most Holy Trinity. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts in frjudgeweb1868 and ordained to the priesthood in 1899.  His work as a young priest convinced him of the need to reach out to immigrants from Catholic cultures to help them preserve their faith.

He was a pioneer in the early 20th century in rediscovering the truth that every Catholic, by virtue of baptism, is called to be a missionary in their everyday life.

In the various places where he worked in the northeast U.S., he began gathering groups of lay men and women together and animating them, especially through devotion to the Trinity and the mystery of the Incarnation, to work for the preservation and spread of the Faith.

From this group of dedicated lay people, who today are called the Missionary Cenacle Apostolate, eventually grew this religious order of priests and Brothers and our sister order, the Missionary Servants of the Most Blessed Trinity.

In 1991, Fr. Dennis Berry, S.T. wrote Fr. Judge's biography called God's Valiant Warrior. It's available for purchase through  the Missionary Cenacle Press. They can be reached at 215-335-7577.
