Fr. Thomas A. Judge, C.M., is the founder of the Missionary Servants of the Most Holy Trinity. He was a pioneer in the early 20th century in rediscovering the truth that every Catholic, by virtue of his or her baptism, they are called to be missionaries in their everyday life. In the various places where he worked in the northeast United States, Fr. Judge began gathering groups of laymen and women together, to animate them, especially through devotion to the Trinity and the mystery of the Incarnation, to work for the preservation and spread of the Faith. From this group of dedicated lay people, who are known as the Missionary Cenacle Apostolate, eventually grew this religious congregation of priests and Brothers and a community of women known as the Missionary Servants of the Most Blessed Trinity. In 1991, the Missionary Cenacle Press published Fr. Judge's biography God's Valiant Warrior penned by Fr. Dennis Berry, S.T. To order a copy, contact 215-335-7577. |
